PYC Hot Bar System

Using pulse current through an alloy to heat the bonding surface of the press head. Then, by heating the surface temperature of the press head, the solder paste and conductive materials on the PCB or Panel are melted to achieve the purpose of welding.。  Since heating is accomplished using pulse, precise control of the pulse is crucial. The PYC control method utilizes a K-type temperature sensing wire at the front end of the heat press head to detect temperature and provide real-time feedback to the PLC. This allows for the control of the pulse signal to ensure the accuracy of the temperature on the heat press head.。

  • The system can control multiple stages of different temperature curves to meet the diverse temperature requirements of various products.
  • It enables rapid heating (100℃/s) and maintains the set ramp-up and constant temperature within ±3℃, ensuring that the product yield remains unaffected by temperature variations.
  • Applying pressure with the thermodehead ensures the flatness of the welded product and the gap between the upper and lower pads.
  • Shortened production time and thinner products.
